Introduction
Your personal profile is a one-stop-shop for viewing and updating your account details. You can review information about your current employment and perform important updates here, such as changing your email addresses and signature.
You can access your profile from the platform's toolbar. Click on your name and click Manage Profile.
In your profile, you can:
- Update profile picture
- Update signature
- Change your password
- Manage your email addresses
- Change your address
- View employment details
- View Company Access and Permissions
Update Name, Profile Picture, or Signature
Navigate to the My Account page. Here you can change your name, set or change your signature, and upload a profile picture.
Name
Enter in the changes to your name and click Save. Note that this is not a retroactive name change; any previously issued securities or documents will have the retain the name used at the time of generation.
Profile Picture
Click Update Photo. You can either upload an existing image, or capture a new picture using an attached webcam.
Signature
Click Update Signature. Select to either draw your signature, upload an image file of your signature, or use a typed/printed signature.
Change Your Password
From the My Account page, click Reset Password. A link to reset your password will be sent to your recovery email address. Keep in mind this may not be the same email address you use to login to the platform.

Manage Your Email Addresses
Emails on your account must be verified before they can be used in the platform. After you add a new email address a message is sent with a link to confirm that email address. After you click the verification link, you will be able to add that email to the verified list.
Account Recovery Settings
You can log in to your account with any of your verified email addresses. However, a request for a forgotten password will only go to the account recovery email address, or as a text message to the phone number, you've designated in the Account Recovery section of your profile.
Should you use an email address for account recovery purposes, it should be an email address you expect to have long after your affiliation with your current company has ended. It will continue to be your login email, as well as the address to which a reset email will be sent any time Forgot password is clicked.
Work Email Address
The Work Email Address is set by your company and cannot be changed.
Preferred Email versus Other Emails
Under the Emails page you can see not only your Preferred Email, but also the other emails you've listed. The platform will email your preferred email for standard notifications (signing documents, reminders, etc.) excluding password reset emails. If your preferred email is not your work email, then the platform will email not only your preferred email for these email notifications, but also your work email.
If you have also put other addresses here that are not a preferred or work email address, then these other emails will not receive notifications, but can be used to login to the platform.
Change Your Address
There are pages for changing your contact information, address, and emergency contact information on the My Profile page. Make the necessary updates and save your changes.
View Employment Details
If you are an employee of the company, you can find information about your salary, start date, title, and more on the Current Employment page.
View Access Level
Click Permissions to view your assigned Roles and what level of access has been granted to you.
