Workflow Central is your Shoobx activity reporting panel and keeps you up to date on your tasks and in-progress workflows. From this panel, you can:
- Begin a new workflow
- View what workflow tasks are waiting for your action
- View in-progress and recently completed workflows
- Expand your view into workflow details
Starting a New Workflow
Selecting “Start New Workflow” at the top of the panel will bring you to the Available Workflows page. This page lists the workflows that are available for you to complete. If there are workflows that you believe you should have access to but don't see on this page, please contact your Shoobx Administrator; they can help manually transfer workflows.
The My Tasks section of Workflow Central lists each of the workflows that are currently waiting for your action. Selecting the orange text will bring you directly to the workflow page where you need to take action.
The Workflows section of Workflow Central lists both workflows that are in-process and workflows that have been completed. The workflows listed also include the Shoobx users who have actions that need to be taken to complete the workflow.
The toggle button at the top of the Workflows panel allows you to switch the view of workflows between your workflows and all workflows that are both in progress and have been completed.
From the Workflow panel, clicking on the Explore button will open the My Workflows page, which will list the workflows in greater detail. This page gives you the ability to filter the workflows by status, latest activity, and process.
Clicking the "Status" button will open the status screen for a workflow, giving you a great deal of information. From this screen, you can view the the workflow owner, whose action the workflow is waiting for, and who has completed their action. You can also view the emails that have been sent in regards to the workflow and view any rendered or uploaded documents. The "Remind" button on this screen and the My Workflows page allows you to send an automated reminder email to those who have not yet completed their action.
