Introduction

This article explains how you can invite existing individuals to your company's Fidelity Private Shares account after completing the onboarding process. Invite New Users

1. On the Company Workspace, click on the Start New Workflow button.
2. Select Send Invite to Existing Users under the User Directory heading.
   
   
   
3. The workflow will pre-seed any users in your company who have not been invited to the platform. You will be able to invite them all in bulk to your account if you choose to do so. Check the box next to each user you wish to invite, or you can check Select to check all users. You can also customize the Welcome to Fidelity Private Shares email by clicking the Edit button.
   
4. If there is any missing information for a user you have decided to invite, you will be prompted to enter this information on the next screen. Once you select Continue, emails are sent out to all users you have specified, and they will all receive a link inviting them to set up their account. 5. Once the new users have set up their account, they will have access to view documents and/or the Cap Table, depending upon what access the company grants to them.
