This article will guide you through the process of activating your Shoobx account and setting your investment entity, so you can view and sign all of the necessary documents relating to your firm.

Activating Your Account in Shoobx
You'll receive an invitation to log in and set up your account before signing documents. This could look like the email below, or it could read, "Invitation for [fund name] to join Shoobx".
1. Click on the link to get to the setup page. Once you're there, enter a password for your account, double-check that your name is correct, and confirm that you have read and agreed to our Privacy Statement and Terms of Use.
2. Check your email for the verification email with your Account Verification Code. The validation code will go to the same email as your invitation. Enter the Account Validation Code where prompted on the website.
3. You will then be asked to confirm your information, including your email address, the address of your firm, and the signatories for your firm.
4. The next page will allow you to review your signature block before your signature is applied to the financing document(s).
5. Once you confirm your signature and sign the document(s), you’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you can see your documents, your profile information, and your workflow status.
