This article explains how to upload a Warrant to your account, so it appears on your cap table and in your data room.
You'll find this workflow under the "Equity" section of workflows.
At this time, the workflow does not generate warrant documents.
Step One:
You'll first be asked to provide the name of the warrant holder.
Step Two:
You'll then be asked to provide the document and terms of the warrant. If you are unsure where to find this information in your warrant document, your attorney can provide guidance.
Step Three:
On the "Upload Board Approval" screen, you'll be asked to provide the board consent that approved this warrant and the effective date of that board consent.
Step Four:
On the "Upload Stockholder Consent" screen, you'll be asked to provide the shareholder consent and its effective date. If your stockholders did not approve the issuance of this warrant, you can "waive" it and continue without this document.
