This article will provide details of the Shoobx dashboard in the My Shoobx lens, and what information can be found in each of the sections listed.
The Shoobx dashboard has three different lenses: My Shoobx, Company, and Administration. All Shoobx users have the My Shoobx lens, however access to the Company and/or Administration lens will depend on your Shoobx access level.
After you log into Shoobx, make sure that you are in the 'My Shoobx' lens by using the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the screen.
The dashboard contains five panels: My Equity, My Documents, Employee Directory and My Profile, and the workflow central panel.
Equity
This panel will appear on your My Shoobx dashboard if you have been granted options or shares. Clicking on My Equity will open your equity page, which gives you a breakdown of your equity, including number of shares, price, and vesting schedule. If you have shares that are available for exercise or purchase, that information will be listed on this page as well. (See more about Exercising Options here).
My Documents
The My Documents panel will take you to the Shoobx Data Room, which stores all the documentation relevant to your employment and equity. Documents in the Data Room can be found by using the search bar or navigating through the folders. Each folder name will list the number of documents held in that file. Employee Directory
The Employee Directory lists all Shoobx users for your organization including their email address, start date and phone number.
My Profile
The My Profile section of the dashboard is where you can manage your account settings, including name, address, or email changes. You can read more about the managing your profile in this article.
Workflow Central
The workflow central panel consists of three sections: Start New Workflow, My Tasks, and Workflows.
- Start New Workflow: Clicking on this section will open the My Available Workflows page, which lists the workflows that are available for you to run.
- My Tasks: This panel will list the workflows that are in flight and need your attention.
- Workflows: The Workflows panel will list all the actions in Shoobx you have taken part in. The Explore link will open to the My Workflows page where you can filter the view by last activity, process type, or current status.

What happens after I leave this company?
You will always have access to certain documents like your offer letters, your stock certificates, etc., even after you leave your current employer. This is why we ask for not only your work email address but also a second personal email address. This will allow you to use your personal email to log in to your account even after you've left the company. You can see what emails you've put in Shoobx in the "My Profile" area of your account (read more on that here).
How do I unsubscribe from Shoobx emails?
If you prefer to not receive weekly workflow reminder emails from Shoobx, click on the My Profile panel, and then go to 'Email notifications'. There you can select 'no' to receiving weekly reminder emails about pending workflows.
