This article will provide a description of "My Workspace", and what information can be found in each of the sections listed.
In Shoobx, three workspaces are available to users with different permissions and access levels: My Workspace, the Company Workspace, and the Administration Workspace. All users have My Workspace, and if this is your only workspace, you will see this workspace immediately upon logging in.
Here you will see the Employee Directory (if it has been made available by the company), the My Equity panel, My Documents, My Profile, and the workflows panel, which will include a link to your available workflows list, as well as a listing of workflows that you currently have in process, and ones that you've run in the past.
Clicking on My Equity will open your equity page, which gives you a breakdown of your equity, including number of shares, price, and vesting schedule for each grant you've received. If you have options that are available for exercise, that information will be listed on this page as well, and you can kick off an Exercise Options workflow from here. The My Documents panel will take you to the data room, which stores all the documentation relevant to your employment and/or equity. Documents can be found by using the search bar or navigating through the folders on the left side of the screen. Each folder name will list the number of documents held in that file. The My Profile section of the dashboard is where you can manage your account settings, including name, address, or email changes. You can read more about the managing your profile in this article.
The workflow central panel consists of three sections: Start New Workflow, My Tasks, and Workflows.
- Start New Workflow: Clicking on this section will open the My Available Workflows page, which lists the workflows that are available for you to run.
- My Tasks: This panel will list the workflows that are in flight and need your attention.
- Workflows: The Workflows panel will list all the actions you have taken in the past. The Explore link will open to the My Workflows page where you can filter the view by last activity, process type, or current status.
The Employee Directory lists all users for your organization including their email address, start date and phone number (if they have provided it).

What happens after I leave this company?
You may always have access to certain documents like your offer letters, stock certificates, etc., even after you leave your current employer. This is why we ask for not only your work email address but also a second personal email address. This will allow you to use your personal email to log in to your account even after you've left the company. You can see what emails you've put in Shoobx in the "My Profile" area of your account (read more on that here).
How do I unsubscribe from Shoobx emails?
If you prefer to not receive weekly workflow reminder emails from Shoobx, click on the My Profile panel, and then go to 'Email notifications'. There you can select 'no' to receiving weekly reminder emails about pending workflows.
