This article explains how to access your employment documents in the data room.
Accessing Employment Documents:
- From your main dashboard, select "My Documents" (note that, if you have access to the Company workspace, you will need to select "My Workspace" first, on the left side of your dashboard, as shown in the second screenshot below)
2. Locate the desired documents by utilizing the search box, or navigating through the folders

Can I still access my documents if I leave this company?
You will always have access to certain documents like your offer letters, stock certificates, etc., even after you leave your current employer. Adding a personal email to the "account recovery" section of your profile will allow you to use that email to login to your account even after you've left the company.
How do I unsubscribe from Shoobx emails?
If you prefer to not receive weekly workflow reminder emails from Shoobx, click on your profile, and then go to 'Email notifications.' There, you will see radio buttons asking if you would like to receive weekly reminder emails about pending workflows.
