Accessing Employment Documents:
- From the Shoobx Dashboard, select the "My Shoobx" lens in the top right corner
- Enter the data room by selecting "My Documents"
- Locate the desired documents by utilizing the search box, or navigating through the folders

Can I still access my documents if I leave this company?
You will always have access to certain documents like your offer letters, your stock certificates, etc., even after you leave your current employer. This is why we ask for not only your work email address, but also a second, personal email address. This will allow you to use your personal email to login to your account even after you've left the company. You can see what emails you've put in Shoobx in the "My Profile" area of your account (read more on that here).
How do I unsubscribe from Shoobx emails?
If you prefer to not receive weekly workflow reminder emails from Shoobx, click on your profile box, located at the top right hand corner of your dashboard, and then go to 'Email notifications.' There, you will see radio buttons asking if you would like to receive weekly reminder emails about pending workflows.
