This article shows you how to access the "Work Eligibility" HR Report. This report will be available to anyone with at least full Human Resources Access.
In the "Human Resources" panel, click on the "8 More" dropdown menu, and select 'Work Eligibility Report.'
The report will show you: (1) the employee's I-9 reported start date, (2) their actual start date, (3) their employment status, (4) their passport country (if applicable), (5) their List A, B, and C document(s), as applicable, and each document's expiration date, and (6) a link to their I-9 document in the data room, or say that there is "No I-9 on file."
Additionally, you can sort by employee status—Aliens, Noncitizen Nationals, Permanent Residents, and U.S. Citizens, by clicking on the arrow next to "Show: All" at the top right of the page.
Note - this report ONLY shows current employees.
You can also export this into an Excel document by clicking on the three line menu next to the title "Work Eligibility Report."
