If a legal document requires the company's address, Shoobx will use the address listed under "Company Profile" on the company dashboard. (Note: The company address is not to be confused with a personal address or incorporator address or the address of your registered agent.) The company address is set and can be changed under "Company Profile" on the company dashboard.
Changing your address in the company profile does not change the address that appears on documents that are already executed or that were started before the address change was made.
You can change your company address using the steps below:
Click the green title, "Company Profile" from the Shoobx dashboard.
Click on the "Contact Information" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click the "Edit Address" button on the right side of the screen.
Enter your new address and click "Continue."
Click the "Document Options." You can upload a document like a lease here, and Shoobx will store it in your data room. If you do not want to upload a document like this, you can click the "waive document" button to skip this step. You'll then click "continue" to finish the workflow.
You are now finished and have successfully changed your company address in Shoobx!
