Through an integration with one of our banking partners, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), you can see your bank balance and transactions right in Shoobx.
Follow the steps below to set up the Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) connector. You'll need to visit SVB Connect on the Administration dashboard to sign in to your SVB account. Access to the administration dashboard is required to set up the SVB Connector. The SVB Connector will allow Shoobx stakeholders with the Full Company Access or Full Equity Access to view the company's account balance and transactions.
First, ensure that you are viewing Shoobx from the "Administration" view.
From the "Security & Access" menu, select "SVB Connect."
Shoobx will ask your for information about your SVB account to set up the connector.
Enter the username associated with your Silicon Valley Bank account. If you haven't already, you will need to set up an SVB Direct Connect PIN through your Silicon Valley Bank account. In order to supply the pin number asked for in Step 3, you will need to log in to your SVB account and find your pin. To do this, first go to your SVB homepage. Then click on your account name. From the drop, down, you should see a "My Security" button (directly underneath the "My Profile" button).
Click "Manage SVB Direct Connect PIN."
Your pin will be displayed. Click "show pin" in order to view your pin. Then type the pin into the Shoobx screen shown in STEP 3.
What You'll See After Setup
The Shoobx SVB Connector has now successfully been setup. You can check your SVB balance with the Banking Panel on your company dashboard:
If you click the "Banking Transactions" button, you will see a screen that shows a brief summary of your most recent transactions.
