Validating your email address is the first step in setting up your Shoobx account.
Entering the Verification Code
After receiving the initial welcome email from your company and Shoobx, you'll begin setting up your account by clicking the link provided in the email. After following the link and creating your account, you'll be redirected to a page that asks for a verification code. Shoobx sends you this verification code via email once you create your account, so it should be waiting for you in your inbox. The email containing your verification code will be titled "Verify Your Email Address with Shoobx" and come from noreply@shoobx.com. The code is valid for 1 hour, so please do not wait to verify your email (although you can have the email resent with a new code). Simply enter your code in the screen, and you're good to go!
I Didn't Get My Verification Code
If you didn't get the verification code email, you may want to check the following things:
- Confirm that you are checking the email account you entered at the beginning of setting up your Shoobx account. Sometimes habits prevail, and users check the inbox they use most often, instead of the one they chose when they set up the account.
- Check your spam filter. Shoobx activity is usually pretty important, and we'll never ever send you spam. If you find us in your spam filter, please mark it as "not spam" to make sure that you receive all future Shoobx emails.
- Try again. Internet Gods prevail, emails disappear into the ether, or are accidentally deleted before they are seen. We offer a handy "resend" button on the screen for just that reason.
I Entered the Wrong Email Address
