Validating your email address is the first step in setting up your Shoobx account.
Entering the Verification Code
When you're first setting up your account you will be asked to verify your email address. Shoobx will send you a 6-digit verification code via email. Simply enter your code in the screen and you're good to go!
I Didn't Get My Verification Code
If you didn't get the verification code email, you may want to check the following things:
- Confirm that you are checking the account you entered at the beginning of setting up your account. Sometimes habits prevail, and users check the one they use most often, instead of the one they chose when they set up the account.
- Check your spam filter. Shoobx activity is usually pretty important, and we'll never ever send you spam. If you find us in your spam filter, please mark it as "not spam" to make sure that you get all future Shoobx emails.
- Try again. Internet gods prevail, emails disappear into the ether, or are accidentally deleted before they are seen. We offer a handy "resend" button on the screen for just that reason.
