How to Change Stock Certificate Settings

This article will explain how you can update the settings for company stock certificates. 

Step 1

In the bottom left-hand corner of your dashboard, click on the gear icon to get to the Administration Workspace. 

Step 2

In the "Equity Settings" box, select the "Stock Certificate Settings" option.

Step 3

Make the changes you're hoping to make. You can indicate that you'd like any of the company's corporate officers to be able to sign certificates, or you can pick an individual officer from the dropdown.

Note - If you need to change your corporate officers to provide more options here, you can do so via the Change Corporate Officers workflow, which is located in the Corporate Structure section of your workflows page. 

Be sure to click "Save" when you're done.
